*The Monroe Blue Bungalow (this home) is located right next door to The Monroe Cottage (also listed on VRBO). We own & manage both!Our cozy Monroe Blue Bungalow is WALKING DISTANCE to everything in downtown Monroe. The ABSOLUTE perfect location if you’re coming to Monroe. This home is BEAUTIFULLY designed with a twist of antique farmhouse decor. It offers a wide front porch, a rock patio/fire pit in the backyard, and a spacious hot tub. This home was built in 1910, but is completely renovated with custom cabinets, granite countertops, barn doors, a large walk in shower, laundry closet, and so much more. We completely renovated this home & poured our hearts into making it homey, unique & the perfect Monroe stay! You won’t regret staying here (or our beautiful Monroe Cottage next door).The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, mugs, cups, and everything needed to enjoy this home away from home! Pilot Park is located right across the street for the children! This home feels just like a true bungalow offering a cozy, comfortable, and unique stay. It’s the best place to relax, while staying in Monroe! Walking distance to ALL restaurants, antique shops, etc. in the downtown area. The Blue Bungalow has three large rooms, TWO KING BEDS and ONE QUEEN BED. Each room is private, spacious, and decorated elegantly.Bedroom #1: KING bed & private large attached bathBedroom #2: KING bed (shared bath with Queen bedroom)Bedroom #3: QUEEN bed (shared bath with above King bedroom)*Across the road from a park/playground for the children5 MINUTES OR LESS TO ALL MAJOR WEDDING VENUES:-The Engine Room-The Factory at Walton Mill-Nine Oaks Farm-McDaniel-Tichenor House-The Wayfarer HallHOUSE RULES (ordinance with the city of Monroe):-No more than 6 people spending the night-No more than 12 people on property at any given time-Only 3 cars on property-Quiet hours at 10pm (no loud music or loud noises outside)-You understand the risk of having a hot tub/fire pit on property (No unaccompanied children).
