The nicely-equipped eat-in kitchen is off the living room.There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower.The home’s three other bedrooms are on the second floor. One with a queen, one with two twins and one with a full (double). There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor and washer/dryer.Air conditioning: This property has five window air conditioning units. One in the main living area and one in each of the four bedrooms.The lovely back deck looks out over the wooded lot. There is an unenclosed outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. A path in the backyard leads to a separate “studio” with a full futon (no bathroom).Explore Truro’s natural wonder including trails in the area and Great Pond. Walk or bike to beloved Ballston Beach for swimming and sunbathing.
