Our second floor, clean villa, is located in a secure private community. Please keep in mind there is not an elevator and there are 28 steps to climb. Once in our villa we offer secure, private WiFi.The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, full private updated bath and cable TV. There are sliding doors which lead to a private deck overlooking the lagoon.The second bedroom boasts two full beds, a private updated bath and cable TV. Sliding doors lead to a second deck overlooking the lagoon.Our spacious living room has access to both private decks. It is equipped with a sleeper sofa and smart TV.The kitchen is updated and well-equipped. The dining area will seat six comfortably.Once you leave our beautiful villa, it is a very short walk to the beach, pool, golf, tennis and restaurants. It is the perfect location for a family vacation. During peak season there is a complimentary shuttle service to take you to your favorite Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove locations.
