Renovated kitchen/dining area and all 3 bathrooms have been updated, as well. Brand new HVAC system installed in each bedroom and the family room area. 1 King, 2 queens, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 trundle bed. We have provided everything you need for cooking at home (including lobster pot and crackers, etc). There are books for all ages, games, puzzles, a game room in the garage with a foosball table, bumper pool and ping pong. Large 55′ flat screen TV and 2 other flat screens in bedrooms. Large yard with deck, gas grill, hammock, and plenty of room for lounging around. Beach passes are provided if you prefer to drive to the beach.
