No pets.Our house is located at 11th and Central Ave, Ocean City New Jersey. We are three blocks from the beach, our immaculate, modern, second-floor north end condo offers four bedrooms including a master bedroom. The walk to the beach does not require crossing any major roads, and we are just one block from downtown shops, key for families with young children like ours. We include six beach tags and beach chairs and and wagon including sand toys.This is true beach living! The 11th street location is ideal for walking to the beach (beach tags included) and the boardwalk attractions.Our living area is airy, sunny, and inviting, including a large flat screen TV with premium channels and Wi-Fi. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and opens up to our great room. There are four bedrooms: the master, the pirate room, the beach room with a queen bed, the jr master with a queen bed and pink bunk bed and trundle for in-laws or a second family. Our porch is off the living area and a great spot to relax and people-watch after spending the day at the beach.Voted “the #1 Beach in New Jersey’ in 2009 and selected by the Travel Channel as one of the “Best Family Beaches in America” in 2007, as well as one of the “Best Beaches in America” in 2009, Ocean City is the perfect location for a family vacation.
