With an open concept kitchen and living room, it is the perfect place to gather and relax after a day in the sun.The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided.A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.Guests who reserve this space will have access to the front house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space in the back that includes the fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grill that is shared between both units.During your stay, my team and I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the house. I am also happy to recommend local activities and dining options.Due to the layout of this unit, the HVAC fan is located in a utility closet in the hallway. When running, it can be noisy at times. Please keep this in mind when booking.No parties or gatherings.
