There is a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage features air conditioning, hardwood floors, and a 40″ TV and DVD player. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with a Max of 2 Adults.Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Within easy walking or bicycling distance are Hyannis Port and the bustling harbor, with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters.
