The comfortable living room and dining area offer plenty of seating with two sofas, a chair, and a dining room table with seating for 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a cozy chair, and a TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests with a maximum of 4 adults. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets.Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages.
