Take a dip in the complimentary heated play pool, and throw some burgers on the BBQ while the group stays busy with a game of pool or corn hole.You will love the super close access to State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, the Concacaf Gold Cup Quarter Finals, and many top artist concerts throughout the year. The WestGate shopping and entertainment district is also down the street and provides endless options for dining, live music and fun activities for the kids. Camelback Ranch, LA Dodgers and Chicago White Sox Spring Training Stadium is also a short, 10 min drive.The spacious and spotlessly maintained home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out! With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths we can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.What to be aware of:- Pool is heated at no extra charge.- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances.
