Description
The 2329 sq ft Mediterranean style ranch house is located on Bird Key in the middle of Sarasota Bay. Bird Key is a security guarded island community of 400 homes located in the middle of Sarasota Bay. The main bridge of Sarasota to St Armands, Lido, and Longboat Keys lands on Bird Key. No seasonal traffic issues compared to Long Boat Key. Biking (2 provided) and walking on the Key, over the Sarasota Bridge, to downtown Sarasota, or to Lido Beach is a key attraction. The house is on a corner lot with a circle driveway in the front, a large banyan tree, and 2 car garage on the side. The main entrance to the house enters the 21 x 31 Great Room that has 12 ft sliding door that walks out to the large pool. The room has 2 large couches and a 65″ OLED TV with a Sonos home sound system. There is a 1/2 bath off the Great Room hallway. Master bedroom overlooks the pool, has a very large master bath (walk in shower and tub). Master bedroom has a King bed with a Serta iComfort mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a Tommy Bahama Bedroom set with a iComfort Queen mattress. The 2nd bedroom also has a Sony 32″ Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has pocket doors off the kitchen which has been made into a TV room/study that has a pull-down Queen murphy bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress. The study also has a 42″ HD Smart TV. The kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The Dining area host a Milo Baughman chrome and glass dining room set.
