Falmouth Heights Summer Rental available. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 12. Newly renovated kitchen, living area and bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area with seating for 8-10 people. Living room with flat screen tv, Comcast cable and wifi. Large side yard perfect for parking the cars, there is one space in the driveway, as well as room to cookout and play yard games. The location can’t be beat. 2 minute walk to the Falmouth Heights beach, British Beer Company, Black Dog Cafe and the Island Queen to Martha’s Vineyard. There is also a large field up the street to run around and a basketball court. Under 2 miles into the center of town. Wonderful covered porch and brand new deck to sit on and relax. Great house for the extended family or a few families.
