Charming cottage/studio/guest house sleeps 4. 736 sq ft. living space featuring a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Main living area consists of a queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen table, dresser and television. Beautiful original slate floors. Short walk to the Falmouth Heights beach, British Beer Company, Soprano’s Italian Restaurant (new this year) and the Island Queen ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Great alternative to a hotel room. You will need to bring your own towels and linens. This is no telephone service at this location.
