The master bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.To your right of the hallway entrance is a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Cuisinart and Keurig coffee maker and a dining table for four. Attached is an oversized laundry room with an additional refrigerator and a butler’s pantry. Walking through the kitchen you will enter the rear living room with a 55″ flat screen TV, a comfortable 3 seater sofa, and an armchair.As you walk through the living area, to the left of it lies the second bedroom situated with a full-sized bed, closet with a luggage rack, and a 55″ flat-screen TV. There is a guest bath between the master bedroom and the guest room with a step-in shower.Off the living area, there is a flex room leading out to the back deck equipped with a queen size pull-out couch. This will be the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Below the large deck lies an oversized fenced backyard offering plenty of space for entertaining, lounging, and for the kids to play, and a charcoal and gas grill.Parking is available for 3 cars in the front of the home with additional room for a golf cart. The house is a 7-minute car ride and 12-minute bike ride to the closest public beach entrance and the Village and Pier.There is a 220 volt 50 amp receptacle available for Electric Vehicles.
