Gorgeous river views with access for kayaking/paddleboarding. House provides lots of privacy and is walking distance to Gooch’s and Mother’s Beach. 1 mile to the Port. This well-appointed family home has everything you will need for a perfect family vacation or alternative work location.Open plan first floor is perfect for indoor and outdoor entertaining. Expansive river views from 3 sides of the main floor. Outdoor dining table overlooking the river seats 8 people. Most furniture is new. There are two powder rooms, laundry and an office on the first floor.Large master bedroom has ensuite bathroom (large tub with separate shower). There is a small bedroom adjoining the master that currently functions as an office. The other upstairs bathroom has a combined tub/ shower. High-speed internet throughout. Two large smart TVs (one in Master and one in Livingroom).The property has direct access to the river for Kayaking and paddleboarding at mid-high tide. We have two kayaks w/paddles.No pets please. This is a family neighborhood. No loud parties. Outdoor noise must be minimal after 9PM.
