A short 0.2 mile walk to beach (wagon provided), parking also located closer to beach area. Pine ceilings throughout the home which boasts a lakeside camp feel is a great escape to disconnect and unwind. Wraparound deck, screened in porch, outdoor firepit, BBQ to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.First floor layout-Living room with two leather couches, coffee table, Roku TV, DVD player w/DVD selection. Small sitting area with Books, games, playing cards, records and record player.-Open concept dining area with table connects to the kitchen. Stools at counter for additional dining seating-Spacious well stocked kitchen with Full sized refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and dishwasher.-Full sized bathroom off the back of the kitchen with toilet, vanity and stand up shower.Second floor layout-Walk upstairs open balcony style hallway overlooking the living room.-First bedroom on the left with a Full sized bed, dresser, and closet.-Second bedroom at the end of the hall with a Queen sized bed, two dressers, and closet.-Full sized bathroom with tub/shower connects the two bedrooms.Outside-Wrap around deck/patio-3 season screened in seating area off the deck-Fire pit-Propane grill on the patio-two kayaksLaundry washer and dryer available in the basementWe are located in a rural area and cell service could be limited depending on your carrier.
