If you are looking for a better location you won’t be able to find it!Your vacation rental home comes with a 1 bedroom suite with an attached full sized bathroom, a family room with an attached covered lanai with a pull out sofa, a kitchen, dining area, a half bath and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.Located on the second floor there is a set of stairs with a chair assist to help reach the second floor. The condo comes with 1 assigned parking space. The community has a propane gas grill for your use along with a patio area and a small sitting area near the seawall to watch dolphins, manatees, kayakers and boaters.The Small Print:**PETS NOT ALLOWED**This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.There is an additional HOA lease application fee paid separate then this reservation and not included in the fees with your reservation. Currently the HOA has a $100 application fee and an additional $50 per person background check fee.
