Book your stay at this centrally-located and stylish home now and experience the best of what Austin has to offer!Rule number one: Have fun!Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay. 2 night minimum for April 7th and 8th.Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events. That isn’t very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me. .We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests or questions prior to booking. I’m happy to try and work with you.If you are looking to smoke there is plenty of space on the patio allowed outside. Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind permitted in the home. So just a reminder that if ashes, cigarettes, joints or smoking smells are found, you will be charged a $750 fee cleaning fee as it takes a lot of work to get the smell out in a big house like that before the next guest arrives.No glitter or confetti, please. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.Pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first.
