All three BRs have window AC units that make those rooms as cool as you need them. The basement has a new tile floor with plenty of open space for kids to play inside or to store all your gear safely. The living room runs the entire length of the house, as well as the combined kitchen/dining room. The one-car garage can be used to park your car, store your bikes, beach gear, kayaks, etc.The LR has a flat-screen television with 100 cable channels and there is WI-FI that works well throughout the house and back yard.Enjoy lots of privacy with beautiful beaches so close, and still have a dozen restaurants within a 15-minute drive, the Museum of Natural History, movie theaters, and superb shopping facilities for food, clothing, antiques, and most anything you seek on your Cape Cod vacation.
