Located in the Sunrise Villas. 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the ground floor with private, fenced patio which is partially covered.Sunrise Villa #110 is a lovely 1 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo. Sleeps 5, This corner unit has a nice patio which is gated and partially covered overlooking the grassy lawn. There is a Queen bed, twin rollaway and sleeper sofa in living room. There is a nice sized pool with shaded areas patio furniture tables and chairs.. The boardwalk to the beach is only about a 5 minute walk away. There is a coin laundry room for your use on property. sorry no pets no smoking. You will have 1 assigned parking space, no boats, no trailers. There is limited amount of unmarked parking spacesThis is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in.
