It is ideal for families or seniors wanting a quiet weekend away.The main living area is bright and welcoming with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, huge sectional couch and in unit washer / dryer. The main floor also boasts a private patio where there are owner provided beach chairs. There is a cabinet full of games, perfect for those family game nights.Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, plenty of storage, a Roku TV and private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.The second bedroom has two bunk beds, each boasting a double and a twin! That’s a total of 4 beds for the kids to spread out. This room also contains a wall mounted TV.The unit is equipped with central air, high speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV (120 live TV channels), one assigned parking spot and plenty of visitor parking.The community provides plenty of green space, a community pool, tennis courts and a quick 4 minute walk to the beach.We allow one small (under 25 pounds) dog, based on owner approval.
