Welcome to Las Palmas! 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 located in a sought after low-density complex. Beautiful top floor unit on the corner with a direct view of the lagoon from your balcony with the beach a short walk away. We are on the lagoon facing quiet side of the condo so you aren’t hearing beach traffic all day. One of the only low-density complex’s in the area where you have your own private balcony! The complex has 2 pools, a grilling area, and covered parking with laundry facilities on site.Recently renovated bathrooms 2023- new vanities/toilets/shelving/bath fixtures.2024-new reclinersUnit has been updated with everything to make your vacation complete, 3 flat screen TV’s, 3 DVD players, cable/internet, and a fully equipped kitchen.Quiet location right across the street from the beach with public access points .25 miles walking distance each way from the condo, only 1 mile from the Hangout and next to a convenience store.
