With that being said, the property is in the woods of a large nature reserve, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.Location:• Location is important in the mountains! Ellijay is the Apple and Mountain bike capital of Georgia with endless activities to enjoy! Many deer call the neighborhood home and I can almost guarantee you will see them in their natural habitat each day!It also offers many amenities for free! Your Stay includes access to all 5 parks, access to the River tubing (tube not included) and rope swing, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, fishing pond (No License required), Fenced in Doggy park area (Large and Small dog separation).They also offer a number of paid amenities: Indoor (heated)/outdoor pools, mini golf, pickle-ball, basketball and tennis courts, workout room (weights, exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill), and arcade w/ pool table, ping pong, air hockey and arcade games. The cost is $5 per person/day for an Adventure Pass which grants you access to all of the above for the entire day. I would recommend a day at the pool followed by a round of mini golf in the early evening! Passes can be purchased prior to stay and delivered to the home prior to your arrival or can be purchased at the HOA office M-Sat 9-5pm
