Note for Summer-Fall 2022: A house is being built next door. See more details below.Perfect for Remote Workers with high-speed Internet, Wifi, and two workspaces on separate floors. Take your Zoom/Webex calls from a private workspace (or from the couch!), take your breaks on one of two spacious covered decks, and at the end of the work day, get a little exercise walking to one of the awesome restaurants in the River Arts district or West Asheville to pick up dinner. Or stock up on groceries and cook all of your meals in the gourmet kitchen with gas range.Very spacious 4 bedroom home on 3 levels, but all of the “basics” are available on the walk-in main level with no stair climbing required to access the master suite, kitchen, dining area, main living room, and huge covered deck.Please note, in accordance with Asheville local regulations, minimum stay is 30 days. Also note that we expect that the exterior construction on the house next door will be complete in August-September 2022. There will likely be some construction noise during this period, with less noise after September as the builder moves in to interior finishing.
