Bring your kayaks and kayak from the backyard to Annabessacook lake! With 10 bodies of water for kayaks, boating, jet skiing and more, hiking trails on Mount Pisgah, and Vaughn Woods, winter skiing nearby & ice fishing. Winthrop has all the outdoor fun!2 bdrms & 1 full bath on the 1st level & the entire 2nd level is ideal kids bedroom/hangout. All new furniture & bedding, 2021The spaceThis home was built in 1900, has original wood floors, doors and window sills (new windows). There is a pretty sun room off the King Bedroom to have your morning coffee or a cocktail at night. Dogs are welcome but must stay controlled, can not roam into neighbors yard. I have a long leash that can be used while in the backyard.There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Any additional cars can be parked on the grass on the side of the house.King and Queen bedrooms adjoin via French door. While kids have plenty of space upstairs.
