Super clean and meticulously cared for.This year-round unit is the entire 1st floor above the garage with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with full size walk in shower, and a spacious deck. Condo is fully furnished with all of the comforts of home including central air, heat, washer/dryer, oversized garage, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV and Wi-Fi.Linens, beach chairs, and a beach cart are provided for your convenience. Guests will have access to outdoor heated salt water pool, clubhouse with game room and fitness room all with a card swipe left on the kitchen counter. Two adult bikes available in the garage for use.Excellent location! Several trolley stops within close proximity so you can easily walk or take the trolley to the beach and other local favorites.
