Sunny huge windows throughout feature views of quaint historic neighborhood and backyard garden. Recently renovated sunny attic offers a game room and TV area for kids and has huge skylights. Redd’s Pond next door is perfect for children’s fishing or model boat races. Two spectacular beaches are a short walk away and beach cart/chairs/cooler/umbrella are provided.Rear of house is adjacent to Dunn’s Lane, the narrowest street in Marblehead and on way to the central shopping district. Fabulous seafood restaurants as well as yacht clubs and boat rentals are nearby.Many concerts, plays, and movies are available throughout the year, and especially during the Marblehead Festival of the Arts in July.
