Brand new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new hardwood floors, freshly painted and tastefully decorated with new furniture.Comfortable master bedroom with a king bed and attached powder room. 2nd bedroom can accommodate 4 comfortably with a twin over full bunk and an additional twin bed. Washer and dryer in unit, outside shower and storage in the back for beach chairs and umbrellas. Most importantly 2 PARKING SPACES!!!! We include 2 beach tags, beach towels, bath towels, dvd’s, toys, books, games, and lots of other stuff to make your stay more comfortable!Sorry no group rentals no senior weekers. No Pets of any kind.
