Located less than a mile from the Disneyland ticket booth, it is the perfect location for a family vacation with fireworks from the backyard!Disney Terrace was recently remodeled with the addition of a master bedroom and bath, a spacious family room, and an open-concept kitchen. Located right off the 5 Freeway, it is easily accessible from Los Angeles and San Diego and all local airports. We are less than a mile from Disneyland entrance – a short 15-minute walk on well-lit streets with hotels and restaurants. Leave your car in our driveway and save on parking and gas! Our house is in top condition: new paint, new carpeting and tile floors, new kitchen and bathrooms, and brand-new contemporary furniture. And to complete your “please feel at home” theme, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked for a great family vacation.For your sleeping experience, the house has 3 bedrooms and a large den. The master bedroom, located at the back of the house, has a King-size bed with 2 night stands and a dresser. It has its own bathroom and direct access to the backyard and patio area. The center bedroom is furnished with 3 twin beds (bunk beds); with books, board games, toys, and stuffed animals stored in large under-bed drawers, this room will delight young kids. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed with 2 night stands. All bedrooms have large cabinets to store your clothing and suitcases out of the way. Right of the master bedroom is a den furnished with a sofa bed: an excellent retreat for reading a book and an easy conversion to a queen-sized bed for parties with nin guests.The 2 bathrooms were completely remodeled with contemporary tile work, cabinetry, and new shower tubs with sliding glass doors.Our remodeled kitchen has a beautiful glass tile backsplash, granite countertops, brand-new cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Being open to the dining area and family room, it is a great location to prepare a home-cooked meal, keep an eye on the kids, and/or socialize with the rest of your vacation party. You will also find all your kitchen essentials and more, making it easy to fix breakfast in the morning and prepare an elaborate home-cooked meal for dinner. Enjoy your meal in our large dining area around our large wooden dining table.Our laundry room is equipped with a washer, a gas dryer, and your general cleaning supplies. The above cabinets are stocked with additional bedding and bath supplies and provide additional storage for long-stay vacationers.Our newly added family room with brand-new leather couches provides ample space to relax after a fun day in Disneyland or exploring Southern California. Adults and kids will all appreciate the entertainment unit with its flat-screen TV, Netflix, and DVDs. For some game time, step into the adjacent garage, where you’ll find an air hockey table, pool table, dart board, and more.Our spacious garden was professionally landscaped with new sprinkler systems, grass, and fresh flowers. It is fully enclosed with brand new vinyl fencing so kids can play outside safely – a peace of mind for moms! Visitors will enjoy our large mandarin tree! The backyard is equipped with barbeque and patio furniture with an umbrella. And for added relaxation, take a few minutes to lie down on our outdoor lounging deck.We have decorated, furnished, and stocked our house to bring you the most memorable vacation, and we hope you will enjoy our place. If we missed anything or if you have any questions, please inquire.Check-in and Check-out are made easy as we have a key-less door lock for which we send you instructions and a personal door code a few days before arrival. So, there is no worries if you arrive really late: you will always be able to get into our vacation home.FYI, we do not advertise on Craigs List.
