Newly renovated home on a private road with a stunning view Mt. Jefferson. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, new appliances, with large kitchen and breakfast nook. New carpet living area and bedrooms. Features include large front porch with rocking chairs, back deck with grill, table and chairs facing a expanse private wooded lot. Plenty of parking available. One pet under 30 lbs. is allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $25/night. PLEASE NOTE: Prior approval is required if you are requesting to bring more than one pet. We reserve the right to decline the rental if prior approval is not requested. There is an additional fee of $6/night for each guest after 2 people. This will be added to the quote during booking.Note: We do not allow social gatherings like wedding parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday events, etc.
