The backyard is fenced. Please be noted that I am listing the house for sleep here, the cleaning fee charged to you covers only the inside of the house. House sits on a 2 acre woodland yet in the densely populated suburb. Parking: Wide U shape parking space is off street, my garage is off limit. House is surrounded by wood on three sides, the front faces a modest busy road. We have been cutting the dead trees and branches, expect a messy backyard. Video cameras on four sides and entrance door.Distances to places:8 miles to downtown Richmond or VCU,walking distance to restaurants and stores on West Broad Street,4 miles to University of Richmond,4 miles to popular Short Pump suburban/family style shopping clusters/centers ,8 miles to Richmond Raceway Track8 miles to Downtown Richmond including popular local breweries Scott’s Addition.19 miles to Kings Dominion50 minutes to Williamsburg/Busch GardenYou may host a private event in the house or the yard for additional rental fee including yard cleaning, but you must show proof of your purchased event insurance policy covering this property.Damage protection insurance: When you make a booking, you are asked to purchase this insurance of $59. I will reimburse you $30. My contribution of the $30 is in the form of refund after you check out. But if there is an accidental damage, there will be no refund of my contribution.Roof and walls: gutter system added in 2019. roof replaced in May, 2017. Interior walls painted in September, 2017. Hard wood bamboo floors installed March 2023, the 2nd floor bathroom was upgraded to tiles in May 2023.Amenities inside: beds and mattresses were purchased in July 2017, Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster were purchased in August 2017.Furnishing style: Basic necessities, not stuffed with excessive furniture to collect dust. Minimalism.Neighbors: Please do not disturb them with loud party style noises, especially after 10pm.Fire risk: Please do not smoke inside or outside, bedroom floors are carpeted and outside is wooded.
