The apartment is set back behind a small cottage and above an architect’s office, so there is plenty of privacy despite being near town. There are restaurants, shops, a grocery store, bike rentals, and a couple harbor-facing beaches only a few blocks away. You can also easily walk to and from the primary ferry terminal (5 minutes). The apartment comes equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels, area maps, and vouchers to one of the island’s most popular year-round restaurants: The Barn Bowl & Bistro.NOTE: This apartment is located on a property with two other rental spaces on it. There is a single family house in the front, and a mixed use building in the back. The first floor of the building is a commercial office space, and the 2nd floor is the subject apartment. There is plenty of privacy, but guests should be aware that other tenants and vehicles do share the driveway.
