The driveway can fit up to 3 cars, so no need to park on the nearby winding streets.The bedrooms are spread out among the two floors of the house, with the master bedroom on the top floor that shares a bathroom with the public area. The other three are on the lower floor all with access to a walkout patio, which lets in bright, beautiful light during the day. Each bedroom has been adorned with plush cushions, cozy blankets, and decor that suits the mood of a deluxe mountain cabin.This evergreen oasis is brightly lit thanks to the unique design of large glass sliding doors and windows that line the north-facing wall. There is a spacious patio where guests can take in the surrounding beauty while enjoying a barbecue dinner, or hot cuppa joe in the morning. Meanwhile, the location in which this property was built is a historic resort community that has a number of quaint, local spots to eat and visit.Nearby is the Black Bear Distillery — good news for whisky lovers — as well as some great restaurants like the Mucky Duck and bars in the village that will satisfy your culinary cravings. Woodland Park, a slightly larger community, is located a short drive north of the property, which has more options for food and shopping.For folks who like to explore the outdoors, you’re in luck. The cabin is a stone’s throw away from a number of hiking and biking trails leading into the Rocky Mountains. It’s also only 5 minutes to the famous Pikes Peak Highway, the North Pole amusement park, and just 10 minutes from Manitou Springs.Getting Around:Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a four wheel drive car to access the property, especially in the winter, when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.Other Things to Note:Additional Services:- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs.
