Aside from the private frontage this property also has rights to the lovely sandy association beach just a short walk away.Waterfront/Lot Description: Shorefront property with camp road between the frontage and the house. Rocky underfoot. Swimming off the dock. Short walk to beautiful Association Beach. Nice lawn behind the house . Parking space for a maximum of 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, suitable for short term tie up only (loading and unloading). The lake can get rough, with this in mind, tenants MUST NEVER leave their boat unattended.
