This large, contemporary home located on Bound Brook Island offers privacy, beautiful water views and great sunsets over Cape Cod Bay from the deck. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, the property accommodates 10 comfortably. The first floor offers two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with two twin sized beds, while the second floor offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a king, and the third with two twins. Amenities include a screened porch, satellite TV, washer/dryer and plenty of room to stretch out with the 2440 sq. ft of living space. Walk out of the house and down the stairs to a nice sandy beach and rinse off in the unenclosed outdoor shower afterwards. Internet not provided . Bring your family dog for an added $250 per dog per week fee. **PLEASE NOTE: Only 4 cars allowed. One to be parked in the garage the other three parked in front of it. Do not block access to house on right. **NOTE: Road to house is a long, dirt road for a couple miles. One lane traffic. SUV or higher clearance car recommended. 3 night minimums available in off season with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. BOOK NOW!! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
