WATER SLIDE & POOL & HOT TUB ** Mermaid Vibes **This cute home has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Beautiful heated pool & hot tub shared between 3 other vacation rentals. The house can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably 11 people if you utilize the air mattress (and some guests are children). 11 adults will not fit in this house. There is a king bed in the master with an on suite full bathroom. The second room has a king size bed & a queen pull out bed. The 3rd room has a full size bed & a single bed on top bunk bed. Please let me know if you are bringing a pet. There is a small fee and needs to be approved before stay. Any extra guests or unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional charges. Private fenced in backyard. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us, that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property.Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.
