WATER SLIDE & POOL ** Sugarcane Hideaway**This unit has 3 bedroom 2 full baths. The master has a king size bed and on-suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen. The 3rd bedroom has single bunk beds, full size on bottom & twin on top. The 2nd bathroom has a great soaking tub full bathroom. There is a BEAUTIFUL community pool with waterslide fun for all ages! This house is a duplex. There are two other properties that have access to the pool as well. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property. If the waiver is not completed before the allotted timeframe, the owner is able to cancel your reservation with zero refund and the reservation will be terminated. Please be respectful of all other renting guests, as this is a community pool. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM. If a noise violation occurs after 10PM renter may be subject to a county police violation fee. There is a private patio with grill and private access to pool. The property is completely fenced in. There is a full U-shaped parking area for this property. Pets are welcome but there is a $50 fee per pet- if the renter does not disclose pets that are coming 24 hrs before check-in, they are subject to $150 per pet fee. Access to the property is contactless. The owner is available through message board or text anytime and has a maintenance worker if any issues were to arise during your stay.Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.
