Description

Stay and relax in our spacious townhouse close to Disney, Universal and Sea World. Our townhouse is located in Terra Verde, a highly ranked, gated, vacation community. According to a guest, our villa is one of the best in Terra Verde (check out the reviews). Our villa has wifi and free US phone. There is digital cable TV in all three bedrooms, a smart TV with lots of options and a blu-ray player in the living room. Our townhouse is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen and lots of linens. Our villa is well maintained and has a new AC unit and hot tub. Kid friendly: playpen/crib, booster seat high chair, umbrella stroller, baby gate for stairs, outlet protectors; and noodles for bigger kids and the pool..Relax on the patio by the BBQ or sit in the heated hot tub. Terra Verde is surrounded by nature reserve. You can take a pleasant stroll around the pond where herons and ducks feed, or you can try your luck with rod and reel.Walt Disney World (15 minutes), Celebration (14 minutes) and Universal (30 minutes) are close by or you can take a pleasant day trip to Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Legoland, the everglades, various parks or Cocoa beach. Terra Verde is about 5 minutes to a WalMart super center and many other shops and restaurants.We have two properties in the same community for those vacationers requiring more space, but still wanting separate family homes. We take pride in our properties, improvements include a new hot tub in 2018. There is added insulation and window screening to make the house cooler and more eco-friendly.Our property manager is fantastic and has an on site office at the Clubhouse.Please note there is a $20 per vehicle one time fee for a gate pass.
