You will enjoy the south-island location close to many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Neptune Park, the pier, shops, and excellent restaurants. There is usually a place playing live music on weekends! The master has a King size bed, Queen in the guest room, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The unit comes with furnishings and reliable wifi. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private socked lake, and includes USAGE OF 4 BIKES (Beach Cruisers.) for an additional fee.Price Includes per stay:6 Bath Towels6 Wash Cloths1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)6 Starter Coffee PodsIf you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20.
