Description

Southview is a lovely home with gorgeous waterfront and marsh views from every window. With it’s “Southview” you can enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from one of the many porches, hammock, balconies, beach or dock. This home has a separate 2 bedroom guest cottage. Perfect for families with teens! This is a truly restorative “escape” from the bustle of life! Southview and particularly the North River is a very special place. The home was built by our next door neighbor Randy, who helps us oversee things and attends to guest needs when we are gone. The North River feeds into the Mobjack and Chesapeake Bays and is home to ALL sorts of wildlife. It is not uncommon to kayak with dolphins right out front. Too many birds to count including our resident osprey in the Summer and Bald Eagles in the Winter and so so many hummingbirds. Our home has everything you need for a great family getaway!
