This spacious area has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and and two sliders to the deck. Enjoy wonderful views of the beach and bay from the main living area. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa (for additional sleep space), a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. The nicely-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a dishwasher and an island. The dining area, next to the kitchen, has a dining table.This single-story, free-standing beach cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV and window unit air conditioner. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and a window unit air conditioner. The cottage’s two bathrooms are off the main hall–one bathroom has a combination tub/shower and the other has a shower.All living space, bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. Loft is not accessible (not for tenant use).Air-conditioning in the bedrooms only. Convenient in-unit washer and dryer.Enjoy the exclusive-use deck overlooking the bay. Cook out on the gas grill, dine or relax on the deck.The beach is less than 400 feet away down a path from the property. Spend the day at the beach lounging, swimming, kayaking or beachcombing and wash off the sand and salt in the enclosed outdoor shower.The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. Leave you car in the parking lot and head into Provincetown for a day and/or evening of fun at the town’s many restaurants, galleries, shops, night clubs and museums. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
