Bring the whole family! Livin’ Legacy provides all the comfort & amenities for everyone to find their happy place and make your lakeside memories. Our home is waterfront w/ public boat launch right next door, boat slip for use in boat house, expansive kitchen equipped w/ all hosting needs, two living rooms, three patios, huge lot with green grass for games & playing! 40 x 30 building used for entertaining !! Four person hot tub along with a fire pit. Both bathrooms are double vanity;Additional rulesGolf cart is available for rent for an additional $75.**Main entrance of the home is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. Someone will need to be able to climb the flight of stairs to be able to get into the home to let any elderly or handicap guests enter on the first/bottom floor.**No garbage disposal
