Gorgeous oceanfront log home with 650 ft of shoreline and stunning water views!Beautiful coastal contemporary home in a serene and private setting on 12.5 acres, this property beckons those who enjoy magnificent water views and the scenic beauty of Maine’s pink granite shoreline. Watch the abundant marine life such as seals, porpoises and otters frolic in the bay as you enjoy your morning coffee from our Adirondack chairs on the shoreline or atop the pink granite nubble. Sited to capture dramatic views from every room, the first floor has an open concept kitchen with a new refrigerator and oven, living area with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, 2 enclosed porches with lots of glass, a bathroom/laundry room and a master bedroom and bath complete with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The upstairs has a large loft with a queen sleeper sofa, library and sitting area offering gorgeous views of the water. Beyond the loft is a bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be made into a king, and another bedroom with a queen size bed. A full bath is also upstairs. The house is newly equipped with central air-conditioning.Families as well as couples will enjoy exploring the expansive rocky shoreline and beach area. You can launch your kayak or canoe from either of our 2 coves on the property. 12 foot tides offer dramatically different views of the coastline and coves throughout the day and night and provide an array of activities that can be done at different tide levels. There is also a large clearing which provides plenty of room for lawn games and gatherings.
