Grab your coffee and sit out on the water and watch the boats go by…Bedroom 1: king size bedBedroom 2: queen bedPullout couch with full bed in living roomThe kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, microwave, electric cooktop, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher.The driveway parks 4 cars 2 side by side and 2 deep.The living room provides a large smart TV and a TV in each bedroom and on the covered patio.Beautiful outdoor waterfront area offers a fire pit, covered area with large TV, umbrella’d dining table for 6.Stand up paddle and kayak is available for use. Beach chairs are there for you as well.Linens and towels will not be included unless requested at time of booking for an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding.Beach access:Renters can purchase a pack of 8 badges for $150, and additional badges for $25 per badge. Badges are required for beach access. Badges are required for anyone 12 years and older. They can be purchase daily for $15 per person over 12.Message at booking for details or questions on how you can pre-order your beach badges.Other things to noteMaximum 6 guests per booking.Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count.
