The property is completely private with access to the oversized pool located below. Featuring a private boat ramp and a large dock, our location is great for slipping straight into the water or simply enjoying the tranquility of the calming sea breeze while sipping your morning coffee. It is just a short walk to the breathtaking sunsets of secluded North Shell Beach, and only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Beach and Siesta Village. The home is equipped with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, two bikes and two kayaks. There’s a Grill on the upper terrace with views of the serene canal where dolphins and manatees are often spotted.
