Welcome to Eagle’s Nest, originally built as a bed and breakfast, its layout is perfect for many family and friends to share. Nestled atop a gentle hill, Eagle’s Nest is charming and secluded, offering unparalleled views of the serene Lake Charlevoix below. Located close to town, and has 110′ of lake frontage. The layout allows for large groups, but also provides quiet spaces too. With 6 bed, 4.5 bath, and amenities galore; hot tub (on deck), 2 laundry rooms, 2 living rooms and 2 refrigerators!The layout of this home allows for large groups, but also provides quiet space to get away. 6 bed, 4.5 bath, and amenities galore; hot tub, 2 laundry rooms, 2 living rooms (with fireplaces). Not including outdoor water fun for the entire party. The home sits on 5 acres which you are welcome to hike or even rent snow shoes ! Inquire about snow shoes prior to your stay please.24/7. Front door uses keyed entry, but back door has a code you will be provided in case an ‘old fashioned’ key is inconvenient or misplaced.Long paved Driveway, plenty of parking at the top.We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.Please message, text or call with any questions. We are available 24/7, but please respect reasonable hours of 8am-9pm unless it’s urgent. We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!Just outside of town, amongst many beautiful Lake Charlevoix homes.2.4 Miles from beautiful downtown Boyne City. There is a local shuttle that transports from Downton to Boyne Mountain as well. The road between the house and town is safe for adult biking, but we would not recommend children under 12.No Pets AllowedFeel free to walk the property if you have the ability to use an app and estimate property lines. There is a nice trail that runs directly away from the house into the woods. Do not hike October 1- January 1. Neighbors do hunt their land.No permitted use of the fireplacesThe hot tub is brand new and ready for you to enjoy.
