Situated on the banks of the Niantic River, you can sit back, relax, and watch the boats go by OR you can also swim, kayak, or fish right from the backyard!We are a 15 minute drive to Ocean Beach Park, Harkness Park, the Niantic Boardwalk, or Rocky Neck State Park! Also a short 15 minute drive to the USCGA & Mitchell College.
