This 960 sq unit has 2 bedrooms (2 queen in one room, 1 full 1 twin in the other room), 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space.Washer and Dryers are available on each floors (bring quarters)Enjoy the hotel’s amenities which include a heated pool with lots of lounging space, 2 jacuzzi, a gym, tiki bar, coffee shop and gift shop.Watersports and boat rental options on site (additional charge). Citibike station is located across the street as well as the mid beach trolley station a few minutes away which takes you all the way to South Beach. Convenience shop located in the lobby and supermarket 5 minutes away.The building is located along side the beach and the access is located on the lower level, through the pool area. Due to the residential nature of the area, the beaches are quiet and peaceful. The newly remodeled boardwalk will take you all the way to Ocean Drive.
