This small, but friendly complex has it all! Offering a great dock to fish from that have first come, first serve boat slips and picnic tables to enjoy lunch while gazing over the canal. The pool and hot tub are only steps away and great for having fun with the family and relaxing! Only a short walk to beach access or load up the car with the family and drive for miles on our sandy beaches. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRCITIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater.
