Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just under two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area.THINGS TO KNOWWhile the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.The pool is heated from December 1st until March 1stBeach service is available for an additional fee. If you are interested, please inquire with the building staff upon arrivalParking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
