This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.Due to local rules and regulations, there are certain restrictions around the pool occupancy and times of use. No reservations are required, but occupancy is limited to a first come, first serve basis up to 50% occupancy. Specific information will be provided after you book.The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.This home’s elevators are not consistently reliable.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
